This place is extremely noisy at night. People scream at each other in the halls almost every night. Been staying here for two weeks for work. Not the best experience.

Liked the location allot, really central.
The place was clean and tidy and the staff very helpful too.
Will definitely make use of their services again :)

Needs some pest control and better way to get out of the building without getting stuck because the door won't open when you carry your luggage back out

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES. I moved in and it seemed like the perfect place until I started gathering furniture and I saw what was truly happening. The cockroaches will crawl on your sofa, your bed. They'll be all over the counters and in the wardrobes u0026 cupboards. It doesn't matter how clean you are. Stay clear of The Heriot. ????

By FAR one of the best spots to stay in Cape Town. Its Central, its clean and the staff are always friendly. Booking process was effortless.

These people are crooks, i paid R5200 for a stay. When lockdown started last year, they promised to give me a voucher which is valid for 3 years. When calling them asking about the voucher, they were sending me from pillar to post. I have lost my hard earned cash of R5200 in the hands of these people without staying in their property. Warning: "Be careful of these crooks."

Building managers and security are extremely rude, building isn't fumigated has ROACHES everywhere from the laundry to the lifts and they get into your apartment yet u pay an arm and a leg for rent. Disgusting
