This is a lovely, old-fashioned and down to earth eatery in Bellville.

Situated off Old Oak Road, Hollow Tree offers indoor and outdoor dining. There is a bar inside and even a separate dining room for events.

The highlight for us was the roast lunch special they have on Sundays. The portion is generous and the price really reasonable. Service was lovely and friendly.

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, no music and no noise, can chat relax and enjoy your time there. Love the outdoor seating under the trees. Food was great and a good price. Thanks for all.

The vibe is amazing, the waitrons are friendly , food is great. Becoming a regular and great for watching life, rugby or sports events . Been there 3 times in 1 week. So yes I recommend????

Had an amazing experience at Hollow tree.

Lots of seating area outside and a safe corner for kids to entertain themselves

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is top notch!

Overall vibe is also very chilled and it is a nice place go watch live sports with friends

Also, there is plentiful parking

Went here with a couple of friends on a quiet rainy day. Inside was actually warm and cozy. Staff were really friendly and attentive. The food was amazing and the portions were great. We started off with a platter of wings, ribs and jalapeno poppers. Followed by Sirloin steak, chicken strips and calamari. Lastly a Guinness infused cheese cake with ice cream. While I didnt experience the bar and beer side of this place, I had a good experience.

Their food was AMAZING! Sunday lunch at this place is a big thumbs up and their chicken schnitzel was delicious. Service was great too. Would definitely recommend.
