The quality and quantity of food is quite satisfactory for a brunch speciality restaurant.

The sauce for the South African Eggs Benedict meal was exceptional in bringing it together and left you wanting more. Service was fast left little room for improvement. However, the error in payment could have been avoided on the part of waiter if he had listened carefully or confirmed my choice before proceeding with payment.

Easy to access from entrance 8. Very vibey atmosphere.
Disappointed with the service, and the waiter seemed stretched between having too many tables, his attention was definitely not focused ( in between glancing at his cell phone). Breakfast didn't take too long, and it was tasty.... but waiting for the bill ruined the experience.
This restaurant could run at full capacity most of the time...if they can get their staff sorted. Maybe management should concentrate on spending more time in this area. ( its definitely not nice to start your day paying to be frustrated).

Worst experience ever. Went there to get my son a nice meal and just to relax, just to see bugs all over my table,,,when i went to cancel my order, the waiter rudely said that im not allowed to. I said that it was only 5 minutes ago and that it wont be a problem to send that portion out with someone elses food, as it hasnt been touched and probably didnt even start with it yet. And he continued to say no. I said that im a client and refuse to eat at a place infested with bugs, and he just ignored me! How disrespectful and humiliating. Will never go there again. I recommend going to starbucks or any other place except mug and bean. You will just be wadting your time. Horrible place.

For some odd reason the Carrot Cake and Mugg and Bean Tygervalley is so bad they use icing sugar for the topping, unlike the Cape Gate branch which always have the most delicious carrot cake, please find the recipe from the Cape Gate branch. So disappointed.

The manageress was so kind as to keep my purse safe which had R 500 in it, all my personal cards and my drivers licence exceptional service thank you to the great gentleman who served us.

Just Love Mug u0026 Bean TygerValley Mall.We/I support Mug u0026 Bean overall but the Mu0026B in Tugervally Mall is different ..Staff always Smiling u0026Helpfull Friensly and Service always Good....Keep it up Guys and you know you will see us soon as we always do...
