10 staff members behind the counter. What for? To make noise. Where is the social distancing??? Friday morning, all it does is actually slow down your order.
Usually great service, so sad!

Coffee shop with seating in the foyer near the Woolworths entrance. The very good coffee was served with a small chocolate. Order at the coffee counter and find a table. Wheelchair accessible.

Had very nice experiences there previously, but the last time I was there I wanted to pay cash only to find that you could not at that time due to the pandemic. There were no signs to indicate this so I just went ahead and after I ordered I was informed that cash was not begin accepted at the time. The lady then showed me the TINY notice on the table where no one could read or see it! Please make these things more clear and visible!!!

This branch makes super disgusting coffee. If your coffee isn't watered down by over-extraction, tasting as though they reuse used coffee, then you're getting coffee that tastes old. Like old beans that have been roasted months ago, leaving a VERY BURNT taste in your mouth. This is the 3rd time in a row that my spouse has purchased and the coffee has to be thrown away. Absolutely disgusting.

Waiting time is a little longer than most vidas, but they seem to be busier than most as well. Good coffee and friendly service

The staff was SO loud!!! ???? I couldn't hear my friend next to me talking. The lady behind the till was talking to her coworkers and didn't even speak to us once. Quick service but the customer treatment can be much, much better!
