A simple double stacker . I feel like a fool. How will the days go by? I don’t know. Of course like you thought I would, I ordered a double stacker meal, with extra soy sauce, ready to receive something. Something different to the ordinary. Something that would change something inside of me. Sadly only temporary. Yet I find myself being trapped. Misguided by something so simple. Whatever happened to pure rewards. Now, there’s no sense of surety. No trust. Is this a game? All I came here for was something of the simple man. Yet I come here and I am exposed to this…tomfoolery."

Its always nice with the options available in the food court. Not sure if Burger King enjoys the Friday evening lines but waiting 40 plus minutes is surely not what fast food is supposed to be. This is after a nearly 20 minute wait to the front of the queue. Seems like the online orders take priority.

It's a fact that when your bacon is raw you will get food poisoning.

My Girlfriend and I generally order a Texas BBQ Bacon and it never fails to amaze. However today we were met with the most unprofessional staff and management.

We ordered 2 meals. Repeated the order four times. Once we received our burgers we noticed the BBQ Bacon had no bacon.

Once we asked why this was. We were told to pay an extra R20 because the cashier was new and was not very familiar with the system.
I told the manager I am happy to take my money back and go elsewhere.

They refused and instead gave us back a burger as seen in the picture below. The bacon was just slapped on and uncooked.

Very sad to be posting this as I am a regular customer to burger king.
Visited this branch earlier today and when i got home and wanted to eat my food i realised that the loaded fries cheese sauce was sour.
Very disappointing that the staff could not smell it as i did immediately when opening the fries.

Horrible experience… I bought 2 extra long chilli cheese sandwich meals and I was given one the other was just a bun with some chicken and mayo,I don’t even know which sandwich it was but it was probably cheaper than what I wanted. Now had to settle for that coz I realised when I got home and it’s a long drive to tygervalley

I order 2 double cheeseburgers via Uber Eats. Below depicts what is advertised and what I received. Absolutely Pathetic for R160 excluding delivery. I am most certainly not impressed and will never order from Burger King ever again!

Every time I have to order from this place I have to wait over an hour to get it. I'm so done with you guys and today my order took 3HOURS!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT! UNACCEPTABLE with no communication and the food packaging was torn. Today was the last time I order from you guys. To top it off I got the wrong order ???????????? none of my instructions we're followed. Sies! I'm hurt because I had hope for you guys but I'm done. Thanks but no thanks. Choose another BK guys even McDonald's is better this time. Take it from me. This is the worst and I mean the worst of the worst of the worst BK in the whole or it's entirety Western Cape. WOW!!!!
