Review Update: 2 weeks after making this review I ordered a meal via the Drive thu and I received my McFeast Hamburger in a horrible condition. It is as if somebody blindly threw the burger together. (See pictures that is part of review)
Throughout all the times I had McDonald's meals there were a few weird looking meals, but nothing as horrendous as this. I literally had to rebuild the janky burger. Not cool

Centrally located McDonalds with lots of outside parking.
The interior is very modern and spacious and the staff is friendly and quick.
The drive through can be very busy and 90% of the time you have to wait for your order.

This place is kept clean and can be ordered in kiosks. The food is served properly and the staff are kind. However, the children were disappointed because the playground was not opened because of Cobid-19.

You get what you pay for @ McDs..and we really only come here because of the kids that love it.
Gave them 4 stars for their cleanliness and modern interior.
Took away a star for service/speed- as I do find them very slow when you walk in...probably prioritize the drive through. Definitely not what McDs is sipposed to be famous for..... and also my chips weren't hot.

I have been holding back on this review for a while now. But tonight was just the last straw! Super unfriendly staff, no sense of customer service at all. I used the self order system to order. Then I had to pay at the counter. I then waited 10 min to pay at the counter seeing as though there was apparently only one person able to operate the till and this person was also the only person serving at Mc Cafe. How is this possible. Anyhow. Finally pay. Waited then close to 10min for my food. I literally ordered 2 Mc Flurries and small cheese burger meal! I have now spent over 30 min in this Mc Donald’s. How is this even possible! Completely pathetic and unacceptable! Staff paid no mind to my complaints, without even a mere apology or explanation as to why the delay! Everyone in the restaurant tonight was unhappy! Really bad service! Absolutely appalling!

Quality is consistent with other McDonald’s but for some reason this drive-thru is slower than other McDonald’s. Hopefully they train their staff and get on par.

I stay 5 mins away but it’s faster for me to drive to another McDonald’s 10mins away

Breakfast was ruined. I actually can't believe how many items were just left out. McDonald's failed to ring up all the items from the order. A Su0026egg mcmuffin, hash brown, coffee, and blueberry muffin were all left off. This branch repeatedly puts MILK in our coffee, even though we put twice on the instructions NO MILK (again with this order). They don't do deliveries or give vouchers, so we will have to drive to the branch, DURING BREAKFAST HOURS, to get our order corrected.

This branch is centrally located where I can conveniently go to the drive-thru for some great coffee on my way to work. Today, they were really busy, but the food we got was great. It was still warm when I got home. Thumbs up!
