One till open, three people in the queue and a 15 minute wait. All this while there were 10 other staff members standing around having a conversation. I am not impressed. If I didn't specifically need the item I was there to purchase, I would have walked out.

Like honestly super hard working and friendly staff.

But can the owners or managers not upgrade their machines? Waited over an hour to apply for a small loan.

But their computers keep freezing? Like the people working here need better equipment?

Please do your Jobs franchise owners!!!

This store is forever offline. When I dipped in there to exchange 2 items and buy another, I was told to come back later because all their tills are "freezing". I could not evens buy the other item because of this "freeze" issue. Their service is also extremely slow. So many tills, but you will always find 1 cashier at the till points. Two on a busy day. (and I have been here a few times, because we do a lot of shopping in Tygervalley. In all my experiences I stood in their queues for more than 15 minutes at a time ( a queue of 4-6 customers) This store will not be seeing me again.

Went to exchange shoes that were too small for my daughter Walked around trying to find the shoes. Eventually had to ask for help when I was ubruplty told by the woman she doesn't work there in that section and called a guy over. He went on with the woman complaining about why doesn't she help... Doesnt she know where the shoes are. He went to the shoes, looked and said they don't have a size 11 and just walked off.
Customer service sucks

If I could rate this branch 0 star, I would.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff that make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them by expecting basic customer service.

Love the variety of clothes that they have for kids. Their prices are quite affordable. My son loves the character clothing.

Clean and well stocked.
Friendly cashiers ????
