Ah this is so much fun with friends or family!
We went early and there weren’t any queues
It is very safe, just adhere to the rules expected. (Hubby turned a corner a little too fast and fell out ????)
There is a limited menu for snacks and eats
Great bathrooms!
Highly recommended for a fun outing

The facility is absolutely amazing. Clean, neat, well run. Loads of staff who are neat, friendly and helpful. It was loads of fun. Kids had a ball. It was scary but we all enjoyed it very much. Our youngest enjoyed it the most. Adults must go with their kids, especially under 9yrs old.

What an absolute blast this was! The ticket prices are a little steep but understandable when you take into consideration that the venue is very well maintained and for that I will pay a bit extra. Staff are accommodating and strict, as they should be - a man and his son went flying out the track as they went too fast, they were fine of course as there is grass all along the track besides for some grass burns lol.
Loved everything about our visit and would highly recommend the venue for anybody any age looking for a bit of excitement!

OMW. What a stunning, fun day!
3rd visit here. 1st time with my daughter 5 years old. We had so much fun.
Staff are fantastic!
Lines moved so fast.
Will definitely be back again!

I personally did not enjoy my experience towards the end.
Here's why...

The entrance to the park and the scenery was stunning. So tranquil, green, vibrant.
Picture perfect.
We entered and on our first ride a very calm and friendly instructor advised my sisters and I on how to operate the ride. He said it was our first time and hence he knows it will take some getting used to.

At the completion of our circuits we noticed he was no longer there and was replaced by another employee.
On our 3rd ride on the circuit one of my sisters pulled on her break lever a little to late and bumped into me. Mind you it was almost a small bounce.

Nothing dramatic.
And then here comes the other staff member. He was so rude. So arrogant!
He told us that we should consider not going on the rides anymore and just to take a break and maybe not come back at all!

Talk about customer service.

We were very offended that we were spoken to in such a manner.

We had a few rounds left which we paid for mind you but due to how disrespected we were infront of an entire crowd of people. We decided to leave.

Wouldn't go here again. Terrible touch to our trip.

It was fun. Great family adventure. Well worth the money spent. The toilets as well as the cafes were easily accessible. There were plenty of shady areas to rest and watch.

A truly unique experience for not only Cape Town, but South Africa, well worth a visit for any visitor. Food was reasonable with a fully licensed bar, wine selection was limited, but beers were cold.

An organised and slick operation. Can be costly, but then again, so is petrol. Joy has no price limits. Happy tobogganing ????????
