Fantastic apartment in Parergon, overlooking yacht marina, couldn't have had a better vista. So central and accessible to shops and restaurants. Would stay again in a ???? heartbeat.

Thé customer service is so poor .
I am currently staying there .
We rented Ellesee B my friends and I . They left Cape Town this morning .
My company asked to shift me to a smaller appartment which was not available yesterday.
They called one of my colleagues at around 9 in the morning to tell her I need to move out my things .They offered to move my things to which my colleague said no wait till I return from my meeting at 11. The deadline was at 3 in the afternoon.
To my great surprise when I returned back at 11 without asking me they sent someone to take all my personal belongings out of the cupboard. My clothes my underwear all piled up on the dining table .
They even lost my luggage keys which I can’t find .
It was as if they were treating a thief .
We come regularly on business trip
And often rent there .
Last visit two years back they stole my emerald and gold earrings that were hidden in my drawer .
When you complain they play deaf !
Today they have crossed the limits , invaded my privacy , touched my personal belongings
I am a client like all other clients .
We pay for our visit and expect a good treatment in return .
Customer service and respect fr privacy is null .
As at now I have shifted to a new appartement and there is no phone lines .
They wanted to shift me to a very very remote appartement earlier and we refused after having visited .
The manager has still not contacted me .

When is this going to change ? Do they select their clients fr good treatment ??

Definitely great apartments to rent short term or long term. Located at a prime area in the heart of Cape Town.

Very well planned. Beautifully located.
Personal Services at hand.
Offices help you personally with love and smile.

10 to 15 minutes walk to Alfred and Victoria shopping centre plus docking station.

I have been very pleased staying there with my grandkids.
Very well organised at every level and car park very well planned.
Very well secured.
Very friendly staff.
Would like to thank Mr Arnold Personally for receiving us and being there for us at anything required.

Check in was a hassle. First you drive with your car to a building , then you wait. After sitting in your car waiting for a senseless 15 min..You then are 'finally,' "allowed " to get out and have your pic taken, then you go back to your car and yes, you wait more. Then you finally drive, to another building and go in. By then you are over it. The apartment was spacious and the view nice. But the apartment wasn't well maintained and dirty! The wifi didn't work , tv didn't work ,the Aircon didn't work and there were many ,many mosquitoes. Price paid for location was fair. Not the best experience. I wouldn't return.

We tried to cancel and couldn't get refunded or assistance. We had to unfortunately cancel and no refunds. It's so unfair, don't recommend.

A wonderful residential complex (parergon) by all standards.. Great cleanliness, and security. An amazing view that you won't find anywhere else. Suitable for families .. A strategic location and close to all services. Everyone is obligated, and followed Covid precaution which is perfect ???????? Highly recomended ????????????????
