The location u0026 views are amazing. The apartment was modern and clean. They could do better with the waiting time at check-in because the offices are offsite and we had to wait to be escourted to the apartments. The security is great and its nice and peaceful. Would go back again ????

Accommodation is average, neat apartment. Bus strikes prevented house keeping from doing their jobs properly. Location is great. People doing the reservations u0026 security doing check-in...shocking service. Guard left us standing just as her shift ended. Didnt bother. Next guard had to start over while family waited out in the cold with a 1 year old u0026 3 year old. Still waiting for my invoice from reservations, after asking 6 times. Amelia.. not responsive. Spent R35k here. Wont rush to book again.

Good accommodation if you coming on holiday. A bit pricey but is very secure.

I loved staying here. The apartments are simple but lovely with absolutely gorgeous surroundings. On a bright sunny day you can paddle boat down the canal. It's within walking distance to the Vu0026A waterfront were you have lots of options for restaurants.

Beside the point that we got charged TWICE we had to change the rooms two times.
- 1st room
Size was not according booking confirmation.
Shower was leaking - bathroom got flooded
2nd room
- WiFi not working. 20 hours, 4 calls to the reception, two "technicians" later we had to change the room again.
3rd room
Okay

Location of the hotel is great but check in process takes ages and all in all we spend around 2.5 hours at the reception to get things sorted. This time we would have loved to spend somewhere else of course.

Great location. Lovely apartment. Need to change their paperwork as check in is 3 not 2. Shame builiding work was going on making it noisy in the morning. WiFi limited. Amazed we had a washer and dryer
