First time i received such bad service at a vida e caffe. My toastie was cold and my chai tasted like milk n sugar very weak. The customer service also very bad .... this is really my first time to experience this at a vida is my favorite

Usually this place is on top of things. Not sure what happened today.
There was a trainee which struggled with our orders without the help of another staff member.
After struggling almost 10 minutes with the system to tell us that our drink is not on the system the order finally went through.
We waited nearly 20 minutes for our coffees and we were the first in the que of 4 people.
In the end I got a different drink than what was ordered. Pretty sure a double Meia is not a caffé latté.

Very nice coffee they make. I highly recommend. There locations are very good. There eats are quite expensive but also worth trying. Very helpful and we notice always happy staff. Interacting with customers. Place very clean and well organised.????????

Super nice chocolate muffin..
MochaChino is top class.
And their team of barristas are always friendly and in a cheerfull mood.
Great place to get coffee any time of the day.

The Barrista is the typical friendly person whom interacts with anyone and what a pleasure. His coffee making skills is outstanding. A must try out.
