Absolutely amazing experience at Calisto's Eldo Square. The service was really great, greeted with smiles by all the staff and Colby our waiter was really professional and accommodating! In terms of the food no complaints at all. Portions were generous, flavor was on point and I must say the seafood platter was spectacular (probably better than most seafood franchises around). Prawns were cooked well, including the fish and everything else. It was the first time I have tried this Calisto's as I have been to other branches before, I would rate this in the top 3. Keep it up team! :)

They messed up my order and then served us cold food. The crab curry was tasteless and the lemon and herb sauce was more like cheese sauce .The panga fish was salty and chips undercooked. Chicken livers were alright too. One star for the service of the waitress

For someone who is a fan of the Calisto’s brand and flavour, When weighing my options at Eldo Square, Calisto’s easily won.
However, how sadly disappointing it was, possibly my worst restaurant experience!
We were a big party, despite being the only customers there, our food took the longest time to come. The garlic steak I ordered wasn’t done to my liking plus completely lacked flavour, I asked for the dish to be corrected- to which it was but again took such a long time to return. Once returned the garlic sauce was missing, waited again for waiter to bring it. There was something wrong with each dish that our big party had ordered.

The manager stayed in the sidelines and left a trainee to answer for this horrendous experience.
I would not recommend this Calisto’s branch to ANYBODY.

The food was fantastic. Freshly prepared and very tasty. Pricing is excellent compared to the competition in the Portuguese chicken category. Service was also great with waiters and managers greeting and being very friendly. Well Done Callisto's! We will be back soon for the full chicken special!
