I am always trying to be positive when writing reviews, but today we had a bad experience.
We ordered filter coffee with hot milk. We received our hot milk in a normal coffee mug, not a jug (see attached picture) so it was extremely difficult to pour milk without spilling. The waitress said there were no little milk jugs available.
There were no individual butters, so a scoop of margarine was served in a plastic take away container (see picture) and the 3 of us had to share.
She served the breakfast without jams and after enquiring about it, she said there was no jam available.
The empty plates was left on our table and not cleared after eating, untill the next round of coffee came.
I'm deeply disappointed in our visit there and it was embarrassing because we were 3 friends meeting after a very long time.

This is the second time I've received such horrible food. I didn't know I need to complete making a wimpy burger at home. I waited 30 minutes for bums and patty and I asked Tony to please check the food as last week I received cheese burgers with nothing but a patty and cheese

Came in on an extremely hot day and the aircons were not working.
We ordered steak with sausages and there were no lamb sausages or borewors
Ordered passionfruit and there was nothing either. This was for a birthday supper and i have to say it was pathetic to not have so much of what we ordered not on the menu.

I'm giving 2 stars because the service can improve by this establishment:

8 a.m is the opening time but the staff only arrive at 8.a.m. They specifically informed me that I will have to wait 15-20 mins for the equipment to run. The staff had no extra due care to tell the customers in a nice way but simply said it in a way 'that there is nothing we can do'. A restaurant which opens to the public needs to be prepared before 8 so that orders can be taken in at 8 and preparation starts. This is basic 101

The lady told me it would be 15 minutes extra to wait for the food but it has been way over.

She said the latte will be ready in 2 minutes...well it's not

Crispy stack burger is off the charts. Great service and friendly staff. They have a play thingy for kids too. Wheelchair access bathroom in the Centre that this wimpy is located in

Popped in there this evening for the first time, table for one, but the staff were phenomenal. Lovely experience, will definitely be going back there more regularly.
