The location and rooms are totally perfect ???? I cannot ask for more

My bathroom was definitely out of this world

I do however feel like the hotel doesn't trust their clients. You have to pay for every meal or drink you have. You are not allowed to sign anything to the room

Having been there for a couple of days I felt bugged to pay my bill and carrying my bag for 1 drink at the bar was such a drag

Overall the place was nice

A beautiful hotel to stay. The rooms were nice and clean, the washrooms were quite spacious. The rooms could have better lighting as they were too dark. Overall a nice hotel to stay!

The breakfast buffet was also nice however, lacked Halal items so i was limited to cereals and fruits!

My midweek escape place...The restaurant serves absolutely the best food. Please try their crumbed chicken breast, stuffed with ham... the rooms are clean and neat as always, just make sure you keep your windows closed. Got accused and almost fined for smoking in the room and neither myself nor my partner smoke, only to find that it was someone from the next room who smoked on the balcony... But they apologized and all was well.

Beautiful scenery, perfect for weddings or Events. They provide great services as well on site so you have all you need in 1 place. The food is fantastic, the staff is super nice. I really enjoyed my stay there

We took friends for breakfast. When booking, staff was friendly.
I was very dissapointed with breakfast. Fruit bowls was almost empty. I asked for more but it was never filled. Fish was so dry - uneatable. Coffee was cold. Will never go there again for breakfast.

Its a good hotel with nice room however it not value for money. We paid 1 195 rand per night but it didn't include breakfast. Moreover they had no halal options. I personally won't come to this hotel again unless they change their price structure. There are better hotels in Pretoria at better price.

Booked the hotel venue for the friend's baby shower and the service was amazing. Communication was clear during preparations and everything was delivered exceptionally well. The friendly staff and managers. Thank you very much for everything.
