The manager (Manesh) is so rude and dismissive, he is not interested in helping customers address any issues they have. I had an issue with a mattress I bought (too firm) and wanted to exchange it for a different one but he told me that he would rather give me a refund because I wanted a cheaper bed instead.
The day I went to buy this mattress, they (John was the sales consultant that facilitated my purchase) gave me a quote but then invoiced me at a higher amount. I noticed that it was because they decided to give me a lesser discount on the mattress, that’s fine. However, when they refunded me, they refunded me based on the quote and not the invoice (which is the money I actually paid). I verified this against my bank statement which shows the amount I swiped in store. Had I not noticed the difference between the invoice (emailed) and the quote (provided in store), they would have robbed me of my total refund. Refunds should be based on invoices, not quotations!
I highly recommend that you consider going to a different Dial-a-Bed store or buy online. If I could give this one minus stars, I would.
