Around this time they don’t have meat always I turn here for the 5th been told they don’t have meat. Poor service tjooo

i ordered here last night and as always the speed with the drive thru is very quick. i specifically asked the cashier to take off one ingredient from the twister that i ordered as im allergic to it, only to find out when i get home that they didnt remove it...
also the staff seems like they dont enhoy their jobs at KFC as both windows attendants weren't friendly and did the bare minimum to afix my order. i would suggest that managment steps in and gets staff to cheer up a bit, otherwise ill drive further and out of my way to support another KFC.

Worst ever experience!! got there intercom does work but they ask to drive to window to order, and then when you give your order the lady can't even take the complete order she has to place 1 meal at a time takes 5 minutes just to get food ordered, then when you come to the window to collect they ask you to drive to parking lot, not the first time, then today I said I wil wait at the window 20 minutes later I received my food I payed for full with all 3 chips being half one double crunch burger just having only 1 fillet and a half paying full money I am verry disappointed and would hope to get feedback asap.

I’m so appreciative that your non friendly staff do us a favour to come to work. It would be nice if they could also appreciate us for taking the time and drive to shop at their outlet.

I sometimes order from this KFC by mistake, and always regret it once I have noticed, I am allergic to tomatoes so always pick the no tomato option. They have never gotten that right. My allergy is to the point where It's not safe for me to have the burger if there has ever been tomatoes on it , so I have to throw them away, they also usually take longer to prepare the food, most KFCs finish ten or so minutes before the estimated time , this KFC usually ends five or more after, they are late to the point that I have had Mr Delivery drivers complain to me about the wait aswell. Also whether or not you get the right drink or any drink will always been a gamble.

Ordered a meal through Uber Eats, three (3) drivers cancelled due to disorganized stuff/store. Had to wait for over an hour for three pieces of fried chicken and a burger.

I visit this establishment quite often. The food is always fresh, but the coffee maxhine has now been broken for two days so I wont waste my time again.
