They had no idea on how the app works and the minute ran out and it was just... simply an ordeal to get the order I wanted. Even if it's not a big price difference it's about the principle of having your employees educated, even if they being trained they need to know what they doing before working with clients alone. When we received the order the fries tasted like it was mishandled by a nampak employee.
The only positive thing that we received 0ut of this experience was to get out of there.
I've been to this McDonald's of on times but this was just a pinnacle point of disappointment.
Maybe next time, give me an ice cream in compensation for the 17minutes I had to go "through".
Something positive to say about this, they actually did make the meal large as per the coupon on the app.
