I will never use this rental company ever again!! They tell me that I need to return the vehicle before 4 PM. The time is now 13h54 and the branch is closed. I am left with no option but to drive to OR Tambo Branch which is 45 minutes away from here. Why was I not told that the branch closed at 13h00? Why was I told to return the car anytime before 16h00? Very bad service

I do not recommend EUROPCAR at all. You are better off using Woodford.

Have been trying to get anyone to assist with an invoice since Feb 2020, can not believe they do not even ad VAT numbers on their invoices, even the name is wrong, and to get them to either update their system with correct details or just help with a invoice with a VAT number on, is impossible!!! And to ask at the branch for help - even less helpful in this regard. Seriously don't you know you are as good as your last job? Where is your customer service???

Not professional at all I was not happy with their service. Few months back my insurance used europcar for my courtesy car. I phoned them 2 days before the due date on the rental agreement but they did not pitch up. They only came 3 days later when our rental agreement was due, and guess it was their fault but they charged me for that despite them being wrong. Sent emails with evidence, tried to phone the call Centre but they would transfer my calls from one to another till the phone hangs up.
Very unprofessional.

Not very proffesional, my fiancee was in an accident last year with one of the rental cars which was not her fault and the damage was minor. She was then given an amount to pay of R4000 and was told that that would be the full amount to be paid if an accident occurs. Was then later given a new amount of a little more than R5000 and this was now confusing as they said only R4000 had to be paid. It is also a struggle when they dont send a statement of what is left to be paid as she made an agreement to pay off monthly and the person that my fiancee spoke to on the phone was very rude and not very understandable, this was a traumatizing incident and yet you make it more difficult for your clients. Would certainly not make use of your services again as there are hidden costs also involved, there was nothing mentioned of any more costs than that was given to her no statements on whats she owe and then even handed over to the legal services. This is not acceptable.

A smile can go a long way for great service. Several times that I come here and the receptionists are grumpy and with attitudes on their faces.
Asking to have an additional driver added on the car he had already hired seemed to be a pain for Musa as he complained about how long the process took. All of the two minutes.... up your game guys.
