i bought an oppo a16 dual sim then it started giving me problems the store told me i should take the phone to Vodacom for a repair now Vodacom could not repair the phone they decided to replace it with a single sim without even discussing with me now the store told me to contact the area manager for that. Its 2 weeks now i don't have a phone. the Vodacom manager (alwyn) could also not fix the problem. i am paying the account why should i be running around between the store and the service provider. when i spoke to alwyn he said he is not sure when my phone will be ready, no one told me that vodacom does not operate when the manager is off cause when i took the phone back to vodacom they told me they cant help me cause the manager is not on duty.
i am so disappointed at the services from both the store and the network service provider. i am also disappointed with the Oppo brand
