What an amazing Spur. We haven’t had Spur in quite some time. However, while being at Centurion Mall, we decided to try them out. Our server, Ben was great and the food was phenomenal too. Next time we visit Centurion Mall, we will be sure to stop on by for more Spur.

Typical Spur - so you know what to expect. It was fairly busy when we got there, but we had good service. The food itself isnt my favourite, but it was s good as any Spur with nothing to complain about. They have alot of Vegetarian options now

Went there to have lunch, the lady who was assisting me was not friendly at all from the moment I got there. After I was done eating, she asked me to settle my bill because she’s knocking off. After I stated to her that I felt like she’s chasing me away, she got someone else to take over yet still insisting that I settle my bill. Friday afternoon you planning on staying longer at a restaurant but made to feel like you not wanted. Horrible horrible service

Today me and my friend went for lunch at spur because we love the place and the food is always great, however today the experience was bad the service from the lady who was serving us was bad. The food took long to come it was cold. After she gave us the food she never bothered to come back and check on us until a manager came and asked us if we need anything, we asked for doggy bags the manger gave us, then she finally came cleared the table then left again with even saying anything to us. We sat there waiting for her to come back until the same manager noticed that we still not being attended to the manager started shouting at her, then she came still not saying anything not apologizing nothing then we asked for the bill, she went got it and came back when she saw that we didn't give her a tip she through the card back at my friend.

So I don't if this is how the stuff treat people or maybe it depends who you are or the amount you spend at spur because she was serving another customer with kids and she was very attentive to her.

Or she undermined us because we were wearing uniform like her so she thought we are not worthy to be served properly.

Great new look, delicious food, great service. Kids enjoyed the play area. They were well looked after by the play attendant

As part of the family we go to many Spurs but the one that stands out is Hawk Lake Spur. We are always welcomed with friendly smiles but the person that really need to be praised is Ronnica the child minder. She is truly 1 in a million my daughter adores her and she always plays with all the kids and entertains them while we can enjoy our meal. Keep up the good work team Hawk Lake
