It's difficult not to compare branches but my partner ordered a chicken mayo sandwich toastie and I must say it had far less chicken in it, than when we ordered the same at the Menlyn Maine. The one we ordered at Menlyn was so generous it had big juicy chunks of chicken mayo oozing out the edges. Plus my caramel machiatto was warm and not hot

Waited 30 mins for 2 drinks. Really doesn't make sense to have one staff member just writing names on cups and one staff member preparing all the orders.
