I always wanted a Browns engagement ring ever since I can remember. I have to admit I was very happy with the ring as it was unique, delicate and dainty. Every year I took it for the rhodium treatment. But I kept complaining as one of the clasps were loose and my ring kept hooking on delicate clothes. I was afraid that I might loose a diamond. I mentioned this problem probably 3 times. Everytime they assured me that they will look into it. About a year later, looking down on my ring I saw that on that specific day that I had lost one of my big diamonds. I was distraught. I have lost faith in the Browns quality and needless to say haven't been wearing my ring for two years now. I don't even think it's worth fixing, because I am afraid I will loose a diamond again.
Such a pity because my husband feels like he made a poor choice in choosing Browns as a ring for me.

I just want to share how impressed i am with the Browns store in centurion. The staff members are so friendly and professional. I really want to commend Clayton especially for assisting me with my ring. Which had to go in for fixing as the diamond had come out but he dealt with the whole situation so professional and assured me the whole way of the process.

Service delivery that is excellent is very rare in today's age however Clayton proved that there is still amazing customer service out there!!!! Thank you
