If you were to get a price on goods you want to sell or just get a price , you'll wait two days to find out they overstocked. The worst service I've ever received at any cash converters. The buyers don't pick up, have to repeatedly send them messages, they don't reply, the reception transfers you to them and still not picking up. LOL I honestly have no words for this place and there services. And btw the sales team has absolutely no respect for customers.

Worst service ever I bought a phone from them Online. Paid it in full waited 3 days for delivery and then what got sent a wrong item that is worth a fraction of what I paid and not even a phone. drove all the way to centurion to return the wrong item to find out that my phone is in KZN and have no idea when it will be back or in what condition it's gonna be. I Honestly don't know what to say I feel like I was robbed and now I have no money or a phone. waiting to see what's the solution.

The buyer offered me R600 for a foldable step ladder and 4 power tools... These items were just over a year old! Safe yourself some frustration and rather post your items on Facebook market place and get decent money for your items... I've sold these items at half the prices they are new in stores and made a total of R1550. It took me 3 days to sell all items..

If i had an option to rate -1 i would gladly do that. Great staff but poooooor manager. This manager lady called carren/carrel have a very poor attitude towards both staff and customers.

I went to return a home theater system within 4 days of purchase and she refused to pay back my money saying whoever staff member sold it to me will give me my money back, though she knew that it was faulty.

When i arrive the staff couldnt assist and said i need to speak to the manager. I asked for her and she said she was busy with tv licences i can wait until she's done if i want.

I waited for about 2 hours and when she came i approached her and greeted politely, and she pointed me with a finger and said "hey, cant you see am still busy?" And she did that too to her staff and this other old lady who needed her assistance. infront of people

that store is great with good staff but they are going to loose lot of customers because of that manager. Even the staff will be like "iyoh we all fear her, she's always like that"

I highly recommend this store. The poor chaps in the buying division has the impossible task of bringing sellers to the reality that the goods they trying to pawn is just not going to fetch the million dollar mark they hoping/praying for - these guys pull it off with finesse and grace and most importantly - not embarrassing the sellers.... and when I was there today it was hecticly busy.... these pro's did not crack under pressure, treating every customer with respect and care. Well done guys keep it up.

Walked around the no so busy store, not a single staff came and ask if they could assist as they were more interested in talking to each other.

Looked at 3 second hand phones and all of them still have previous owners photos and e-mails linked? It's like buying a stolen phone.
