Extremely poor customer service with double standards for their customers. I was forced to sanitise using a bottle that was in touch of 100s of other people despite using my own sanitiser prior to entering the store. Two other customers entered the store but the staff said and done nothing. Lovisa centurion mall I suggest you up your game in customer experience and covid safety incidents like this can close you down permanently

Truly disappointed with Lovisa Online service. 10 - 12 business day delivery, with possibility of 5+ days delay due to covid... What's the use of online convenience if you basically wait a month... The refund/cancelling process was easier than ordering.

Poor Service. Very disappointing and unfortunately it’s not the first time I’ve left the store for the same reason.

Extremely rude lady at the till. She doesn’t have good customer service.
