Extremely poor customer service with double standards for their customers. I was forced to sanitise using a bottle that was in touch of 100s of other people despite using my own sanitiser prior to entering the store. Two other customers entered the store but the staff said and done nothing. Lovisa centurion mall I suggest you up your game in customer experience and covid safety incidents like this can close you down permanently
