Third time this month I've come to Dischem at 10am waiting in a que over 30 mintes. Only 4 cashiers helping people, rest on idle. This is the worst managed Dischem

Terrible service from dispensary today at Centurion Mall. Six people in the queue but only 1 was being served. After ten minutes of the person before me leaving the counter was I called up. I was told previously that my prescription was loaded on the system so I could return and retrieve the balance over the counter without althe script. Turns out this was never loaded and I no longer have the script. The pharmacist I spoke to today had a terrible attitude and asked me blatantly, "there's no script, what do you want me to do". I called the manager who had the same stinking attitude and eventually phoned to get a copy of the script and issued me with a portion of my script. I was spoken to as if I was stupid and could not understand English. When i asked for an apology from the previous so called pharmacist, I was made to wait for 10 mins until I left to where she was standing. She asked me, oh are you waiting for an apology. I said yes then she with a terrible attitude, again, I'm sorry. The manager sat next to her. Dischem, employ grown ups please! These useless so called pharmacists are unprofessional and not as smart as they think they are. Never going to that store of delinquents again!

I would definitely NOT recommend Dis-Chem Delivery!!! Deodorant bottle cracked, and item missing… after spending R1600+ … NO THANK YOU would rather go back to Clicks!

Terrible dispensary service. Whole bunch of staff at the back making tea and chatting while we all stand in a queue being helped by two employees actually at a counter…

Went to the vaccination site as a walk in - was registered but have not received my voucher code from Department of Health yet. I did not look forward to the long wait. The staff at this vaccination site was fantastic. Quick, efficient and very friendly. Thank you to each and every one of the staff at this vaccination site that made the experience such a positive one.

This Dischem is very large, and has a massive range of products. The staff at the over-the-counter and prescription medication counters are very helpful and very efficient. The queues also move very quickly and there are quite a lot of tellers available. Unfortunately, as with most Dischems, staff on the floor are tend to choose the worst possible times to unpack new stock, and they don't care if they get in the way of customers trying to shop.
