Nice gym. But the stink from the river is very bad and is not a pleasant smell in the gym.
The gym facilities is quite dirty and I feel not to standard. If you are a serious gym member I would not recommend this gym and rather go the bigger planet's.
The staff is friendly and always greets with a smile.

The places aircon isn't working. Therea close to 12 treadmill but 4 work fine the others are either switched off or switch off after 2mins. There used to be two cycling/spinning devices upstairs but now there's not even 1. Honestly the standard has dropped for me.

It’s a good gym but at this point we’ll have to come in with our own fans cause they’ve been fixing their air conditioning system for over a month now
I wouldn’t be shocked if someone fainted while working out cause it gets really hot????

A waste of money. You are better off spending a bit more at Virgin Active or the actual Planet Fitness. The steam room is faulty and was not working for weeks! The aircon in the group classes does not work. Imagine how gross that is - a gym without aircon! There is a row of about 10 treadmills upstairs but they do not all work - this is a nightmare during peaktimes.The trainers for the group sessions/classes are unreliable and sometimes do not show up or show up late.
No swimming pool

I like that it has a private woman section as well as a sauna, but most of the time a lot of the treadmills don't work and takes them a while to fix something like the air conditioning.

Aircons not working for over 6weeks, gym is extremely warm, and especially smelly during peak hours.
I've spoken to management, the response I get is that there is nothing they can do.

Wonderful services. From the reception to the trainers. Good for classes but can work out very well on your own. The locker room is relaxing. The steam room too. There's a private room for changing. Plus there's "female only" private space where I can do all the kinds of workout I want. Inexpensive too for the luxury.
