Firstly the cashiers that work there are shady, they do not accept card payments, secondly they do not give you a receipt and to make more astounding, if you need change they go outside and do not use the till. The food is terrible and as I said do not waste your money, there is a shady business going on with this Kauai, I am disappointed because I spent so much money!

Terrible..... i hate leaving bad reviews, we are regular clients, and on Sunday the 31st July, we ordered wraps, and we couldn't even eat them. Sorry about the bad review , hope it helps you to improve in the future. Good luck

Firstly the service was so disappointing. I continuously tried to be nice but the waiters kept on giving me attitude! When we arrived at Virgin active, the receptionist informed them that there were customers waiting, the waitress told us she's going to the toilet and didn't even bother getting the other waiter to assist us. Only when she came back, she had the decided to call the waiter to come and serve. When we finally got our raw juice which was nonsense (didnt even bother complaining about that) she simply put it on access point where sweaty people pass. She didn't even wait, I found my drink there and the waitress gone. I loathe that place now. Ruined my day. Around 6:30pm. You guys need to do better.

The phone hardly gets answered, the wraps are different everytime - avo get left out but te price remain the same. Ordered a Mango lassi last week, was really tasty, ordered another one today, and could not taste any mango or ginger just milk... Overall not a great experience!

Healthy food and you pour so much oil when you fry eggs and sausage? The protein was not looking for moisture-locking technology! Take it easy! What an awful wrap!

This Kauai is so sad. Staff here is doing you a favour by serving you, and the food quality is bad. It is like they get left overs to prepare the meals. The juices are so inconsistent that you sometimes wonder if you get the right thing you ordered. The staff usually hides in the kitchen in the hope no one sees them to order.

Its a year later since my first review. Nothing has changed, in fact it just got worse. What a sad sad place!!

Update 27 August 2020

So nothing has changed at this DIVE. Staff still hiding at the back as usual and suddenly a staff member appeared with a mop looking at me as to say "what are you doing here".

She called another staff member who told her to assist me. With her dirty mop hands she then proceeded to help clearly not knowing how the POS works with the loyalty app.

Why oh why is this place still open? Take the door off immediately and get new staff!

1.) A lot of times I have to stand and wait for how long until someone comes out of the kitchen to take my order. I once even opened the kitchen door to get someones attention.

2.) It seems like they are not properly trained since they always have to call other staff to assist them. Not knowing what's in a product or not sure how to work the system. I also have to repeat my order a lot of the times. They seem very confused when I order something with Almond Milk and then I have to explain.

3.) They do not allow anyone to buy at Kauai if you are not a VA member. Not sure if that's normal.

4.) Their system are almost always off-line. So I always have to read my rewards numbers to them.

5.) 3 times in a row they didn't have the same ingredient, so I couldn't order specific menu items. It's always an essential ingredient.

6.) The ingredients they use in the wraps are never 100% fresh. Every wrap I've had there the tomato was soft and the lettuce soggy. Their wraps are also smaller than other Kauai's.
