So highly disappointed with Nandos Rooihuiskraal, Mall @ Reds Mall
We purchased 2 Chicken, Avo, Halloumi Bouji Bowl..
We practically received half portions. ( See pic where i moved it to one side)
You still request us to donate towards the poor.
How Ironic.
Its people like you that make us poor.
We are paying you for your food and your pathetic service !
In the name of humanity!!! Show some resoect!

Very dissatisfied with the service. Ordered wedges and was given very dry oil soaked potatoes. Unfortunately It was a drive through. When I called I was told that they are having poor quality of potatoes but they instead sold it to me. I ended up eating the almost raw breast (asked for well done and given medium done ) I won't visit the store anymore. They promised to remedy the situation and bring chips instead. Waited for an hour and half only to be called and told the driver was busy. The service is poor. I lost my hard earned cash.

Several problems but for the sake of time and efficiency I will be listing 2. One of which is in correlation with ubereats. I have attempted many times to order from you via uber eats yet still my food has not made it to my house, whether the problem lies with you or uber is honestly not my concern. It simply displays terrible coordination with one of the branches you have adopted. I have also apparently my order hasn't made it to ure system, if that was truly the case I advise you look into it because I can guarantee that I am not alone. The second being the order itself, this has occurred multiple times and yet still no change. If I make an order you either place the wrong item within the order or get the whole thing wrong. Please do better. A restaurant such as yourselves which serves the most delicious chicken must hold yourselves in higher regards

Service definitely not the best when they are busy, I was there with my family, our table was cleaned after the food had arrived, our order was missing some items, we had to go to the counter to go get it

While the food is reasonably tasty, the menu is limited and lacks options that attract me. The portions seem to have shrunk quite a bit, to where one finds yourself questioning the value. Having said this, the food was well prepared and satisfied my hunger. Don't choose this of you are in a hurry.

After a long day. Purchased a spinach and corn, only to arrive home and the spinach is ice cold. Not sure if this stays in a fridge or freezer before its prepared. The corn had a touch of sauce on it, I literally could have done that myself and not paid for it.

Nandos Rooihuiskraal: I would rather wait a few extra minutes in your drive thru and have my food prepared properly. If your staff want to go home, close the drive thru, don't serve customers in a hurry because you want the money but don't deliver...

I've ordered through Uber Eats a few times and there is always something missing in my order. Same tonight, I ordered the 1/4 chicken plus single side, never received the side.
