Grey Owl Pizza Perfect used to be great but the last 2 visits have resulted in disappointment.

Previously I got given the wrong pizza, not at all what I ordered, let it slide.

Tonight I order 3 pizzas for my family and get told 35 to 40 minutes, no problem, they are very busy. After an hour I get my pizzas, I get home only able to eat half of my pizza because it's burnt.

Come on guys, your service is great and your staff at the counter are impeccable but the last 2 visits have been disappointing.

Due to rushing to knock off, my delivery had missing items. Mistakes happen but the driver confirmed with the restaurant and they STILL did not send it and wanted to replace it the following day.

Totally disorganised! Does not know how to manage expectations. Too busy. Lie about times. After 50 minutes my pizzas were "on the table". After another 30 minutes the were again "on the table".
Pizza raw in the centre and burnt at the circumference.

This place has my number. They have really improved in the last three/four years in terms of service and focus on the customer. My 1st impressions 4 years ago were I am not coming back but the one 2nd chance i gave then, they've used it well. I love their Europa Pizza - always fresh and very tasty.

An hour an 15 min and I still dont have my order. We are encouraged to support these struggling restaurants during lockdown level 4 and yhis is the service we get. Stay clear. Do not order here...their pizzas are good but not worth they wait!!!!

Took double the time to deliver the pizza. Driver got lost, then not contactable. Will never order again. Cold pizzas. Poor aervice
