Very small but the equipment is in good condition, staff are friendly and it is not overly crowded lile most mainstraim gyms

A very clean, very secure gym with a lot of modern equipment. If something breaks, it doesn't stay that way for long. The people behind the desk are helpful. There is also ample free parking which is a bonus.

My only complaints are that the weights aren't always where they should be (which is down to selfish gym-goers) and the men's showers could do with some improvement.

I would highly recommend this gym.

Absolutely awesome gym. Nice to train at a gym were you are regarded more than just a bank account number... no contracts need to be signed in blood. Equipment is always in excellent condition and well maintained. And the AIRCON WORKS!!!

Great variaty of gym equipment. Never to busy. There have not yet been a line to the treadmill in peak hours (touch wood). Very clean and friendly staff.

WoW Midstream is a sophisticated, state-of-the-art gymnasium equipped with pique equipment and machines. Exercise has taken on a whole new level. It is commendable to gym here.
