Guys, before your revamp you were much better.
Here are my observations when I visited 24 June 2022 @15:07;
- Your diesel is more expensive than other Sasol garages
- You don't participate in the Sasol Rewards (2nd time you caught me)
- The pump attendant only points to a small sign indicating you not participating?
- No water available at the pump for the windscreen bottle (empty watercans)
- No offer to wash my windscreen
Disappointing to say the least
I was going to rate you a 1 star but the attendant was similarly disappointed when I questioned him on the Sasol Rewards.

For such a well staffed and stocked store it was sad that I had to be the 3rd person to walk out from the coffee queue do to no service. The lady at the till was curtious ????

I was therefor a long time and no one came to serve us not even greeting us. Those boys are so slow and it's frustrating. We ended up leaving without fuel. Please improve your service because this is irritating.

Been there twice, waited for 5min with no one assisting. Sad thing is I could see 4 guys in the office chatting about.
Luckily there are plenty of stations around so won't be coming back ever.

Had my car break down today (badly leaking petrol) and the manager and staff were so incredibly helpful and patient with me while waiting for a tow. Even tried to help source the problem. Felt very at home and at ease! Thank you so much, you eased a very stressful situation.

I bought battery water for R40 1 liter bottle. It was filled with regular water. Damaged my battery. The SASOL company contact me promptly and their service was excellent.

Normal services received though It would benefit more by expanding with some more facilities for example, ATM machine, a Car wash etc.
