I joined the gym yesterday and I was told to come in for an induction. Iv been waiting at reception for 40mins now for someone to help me. Very disappointing I must say. Atleast I’m on the 5 day cool
Off period. Definitely not worth joining

Clean and friendly staff.
But the aircon never works. It's is incredibly hot and humid and club management doesn't so anything about it after complaining. And the parking is very unsafe. Cars are broken into in the "secure" underground parking.
Don't bother coming in the afternoon because it is way to busy to get a decent workout.
ALSO THE AIRCON NEVER WORKS! THE WHOLE GYM IS LIKE A STEAM ROOM!

The staff lack integrity. They give you inconsistent information. When I joined the gym they said I must serve a 3 months notice if I want to terminate the contract. Few weeks later after joining the gym something happened and I had to terminate the contract. When I phoned them they said I must serve a four months notice now or pay a cancelation fee of R1196. I decided to go back to the contract, only to find out that the contract actual says I must serve only one calender months notice????????u200d♀️. I am still wondering where does this 3 u0026 4 months notice comes from when it is not in the contract.

Gets quite busy during peak hours. Other than that everything is perfect. Enough equipment for cardio and weight lifting.

I personally gym here and I love it.. friendly staff, equipment is always clean, gym is always neat. No one bothers you in the gym..

Where do I even begin. This place is overcrowded and the machines are always being hogged by inconsiderate people. The gym is so small and yet we see consultants trying to recruit more and more people. The place has become worse than a fish market. We are paying a monthly fee to use the gym but have left several times due to having to wait over half an hour at a time for a treadmill. The super circuit is always packed to capacity and the stench in there is unbearable. There are sanitisers placed at the entrance but sometimes there are no paper towels to wipe down the machines so I really don't see the point of having a sanitiser there. There is also no limit for how many people are allowed at the gym and no one wears masks!! Come on a Monday or Tuesday and people are literally weight lifting on top of each other. This gym needs to be expanded if it is going to service such a large area as the next gym is all the way in Centurion/ Centurion Lifestyle.

Love the experience! The equipment is well maintained which also adds to the great workouts available here! Love the vibe!
