Chicken strip spicy rice - chicken was chewy was hot but no sauce and this is what a R60 veg wrap looks like. Quality has dropped since opening.

I placed an order through drive -through, the cashier was not friendly, she didn't even repeat my order hence I got a wrong order. I ordered a well done chicken cut into 8 half Mozambique and half hot with extra sauce however I received a different order of 2 mild quarter chickens that werent even well done after I was asked to park on the side yo wait for my order since I had asked for well done. I ordered a side vegetable and the taste was horrible, the vegetables were over cooked and no salt added.
This order was a waist of my money. I will not recommend this Nandos at all.

I order a burger meal. Chips not crispy and not properly cooked, however the chicken was over cooked and dry.

We ordered full chicken on Sunday via their drive through. We asked for it to be cut to 8, and we found less meat when we got home. Why sell us full chicken, if you going to give us less than what we paid for?

They gave me the wrong order. They were not apologetic about the issue. No ketchup and serviettes were provided.

To be honest the best Nandos in centurion food service, staff even cleanliness is on point, been to Mall@Red and Saxby they need some pointers...

It's a Nandos. The good thing about this one is that the food quality has been very consistent. Which makes it very reliable.
