My wife was so impressed with the kind treatment she received from the receptionist, Rene, who took her call and booked her appointment. Rene asked how our son, who had been admitted to hospital, was doing and also asked my wife whether she was okay. The experience was a breath of fresh air to her. Southlake Medical Centre is a warm environment to receive treatment. We have been seeing Dr Irma for over two years now and she is the most kind and caring family doctor.

Not impressed. After visiting two doctors to see if we could get help for my wife's back we decided to get a third opinion to get past "the take this pills for a month and hope it gets better" stage. The doctor she got just took our cash and stuffed some pills in her hand again, Yay! The question now is where to go to get actual help or do we just spend all of our money at useless places like these.

I can not begin to imagine how my life would be without the care of Dr. Kirstein for over 7years now. I have never been with such a dedicated and patient doctor who tirelessly think and find better ways to handle my complicated condition, every time with a smile, which now comes through the mask.lol

It will be unfair for me to thank Dr. Kirstein's outstanding treatment and care without mentioning the warm welcome from the front desk heros Lanette, Rene and Eileen.

Because I have been with them for so long, I know that there are unsung heros also behind the scenes who handle my thick file, the pharmacy staff and other lovely doctors who have seen me when my doctor isn't around. Keep up your good work! I see you and I appreciate you so much!

Very friendly Reception and relaxed environment. Dr. Mocke treated us exceptionally well, despite a busy Sat. Kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Though we waited a while, it was worth it. Highly recommended practice and Dr.

Ive never had better medical services before. The centre is clean and tidy, staff are friendly and helpful, the doctors and nurses are intelligent and quick to a solution.I am a patient for life. Thank you again for your service!!

Dr. De Witt is a miracle worker. She identified an issue that I've been struggling with for close to 5 years in 1 consultation. I've been to specialists and I've wasted so much time and money... I'm already feeling better than I ever did. The fact that she's the sweetest, most relatable human being makes me love her even more.
Is this how normal people feel?!
