Hi had the privilege of staying here during my 2 weeks of quarantine, returning from Saudi Arabia. I would like to take this opportunity to Thank all the incredible staff for taking such good care of me. From Darius to executive chef Phil and lovely Pamela who always greeted me outside my door with a kind smile and delicious meal. It was truly an enjoyable experience. I pray you all are safe and healthy and thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did. Alk my love. Natalie room 422 ????????

A wonderful hotel. Clean linin and comfortable bedding. The view is also decent considering that it's in the middle of the city. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend it of you're on business and need a place to sleep.

I was fortunate to spend 2 weeks in quarantine at this wonderful hotel. Staff n management were friendly and accommodating...saw to our every need. Pity about the awful halaal food but not responsibility of hotel. Hope they dont use that company again...other then that was a great experience. Thank u

2017 - Not the best hotel experience ever. Reception was great, but restaurant service was slow. Room has no fridge and no face cloths supplied.

2019 - Visited 2yrs later. Restaurant service was better. Air conditioning in room outdated and not working well/noisy. Plumbing problems (raw sewerage pushes into bathtub over night). View from the room looks out on Hennops river littered with garbage

Centurion lake hotel has made huge improvements. Their staff are very polite and friendly. Everyone is available to go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Meals are great value for money and delicious. Excellent for a quick lunch break during work. With specials for most days of the week. Will definitely be back soon.

Didn't book accommodation... we booked surprise 40th birthday party. All went perfectly well. Staff was very helpful. The 3-course buffet catering was really accommodating with their selection. There were 2 other parties booked but they handled all the different crowds with respect and great customer care. I'll book it again.

This is a lovely pace to be, with high level of care and love for its guest, it is a warm welcoming space with its employees always wearing a smile and eager to help. I'd definitely love to visit them again to embrace that long lasting experience of being loved.
