Was at 55 LA Pirogue Ballito this weekend. Spacious apartment but had a musty smell. Booked through an agent but had the owner arrive at 9am on Sunday asking us to leave asap as he had another booking. He was rude and condescending. Take note there is no Wifi ,Netflix and we had to phone the agent for DSTV.

Smell of cigarette was overwhelming as we walked in, otherwise the rooms are beautiful. Room service did not arrive the entire weekend. Location is perfect, everything is central.

Stayed for a few days and it was very relaxed. One block away from the beach. Uber and taxify was nearly impossible to get down at the beach. So if you want to drink at dinner, then there are 2 restuarants within walking distance. La Pirogue very spacious and gardens and pools immaculate.

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT 55 LA PIROGUE. WELL LOCATED AND CLEAN AT A GOOD RATE TOO! WILL RETUN AGAIN FOR A HOLIDAY SOON

The place was beautiful, clean, spacious. It met all our expectations

It was a beautiful and clean space. I just wish there was more linen for the extra beds.
