Great unit nr 16 with beautiful sea views from your room. Nice swimming pool. Parking garage too small for a big vehicle. You have to walk about 200 metre to the nearest beach and cross the main road.

Wonderful family holiday at Aruba unit 29 (Ballito Accommodation Agency). Unit was clean and the daily cleaning service was excellent. 4 Bedrooms were adequate and the living area is spacious, with a huge patio area. One point worth mentioning is that the unit is situated at the top of the hill, so pack in the walking shoes. Parking available for 2 vehicles. Sea view is excellent and close to Thompsons Swimming beach. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Will definitely visit again.

False advertising

Hi all, I would just like to caution you if you wanting to book a stay at unit 16 Aruba. They advertise the place as having a full DStv bouquet which is not true. when we got there on Friday and tried to flip channels it was stuck on the dish ads channel,after calling the agency that let the place and an email,they managed to open up the full bouquet the next morning around 8am for roughly 12 hours of the full bouquet and by 8pm that Saturday it switched back to the dish ads channel. We booked our stay for the entire weekend from friday. Now is that fair at all to expect what you paying for but not receive it?
I for one was looking forward to all the cooking and fashion channels, my family, the movies...
Anyway we ended up picnicing on the beach that day and didn't even get to watch anything that night.

Another point I would like to mention is this complex is not across or along the beach, if you want to book here you will be disappointed, as my sister the one who booked asked for a unit across the beach and we were advised of this unit which is a block away from the ocean in the 2nd row of a complex. They don't tell you that.

And for the price we paid per a night, a definite NO we will not be staying here again. I'm pretty sure we can get value for money at other hotels and chalets across the ocean in ballito
