This is the worst clinic. Please don't ever go here. You will wait until you die. I've been here since 11am and it's 2pm and still sitting in a queue. And I need to go in for a night shift. Sitting here for so many hours, my baby is tired and so am I. The employees are horrible, rude and absolutely slow.

I had to wait over 2 hours to see the sister because of a "meeting" she was attending. I was first in line. I contemplated leaving 1000 times. A nurse was rude as hell while we waited! Worst clinic experience ever...

This is the Covid 19 vaccination station that was left in attended from 15:05 as the nurse that was assisting the patients just deserted her post. No assistance from any other nurses.

It's Sad really.

I have been going to the clinic for over a year and every time I go to the clinic I am treated disgustingly. They are grumpy rude and racist and once again today I was treated badly and none of them know what the other is doing. Every single sister and nurse are vindictive and I will be reporting them to the Manger and the doctor. I will never set foot in that clinic again

Today I visited the Clinic. I must say people always say bad things about clinics. Today I received the most excellent service from receptionist to Lay counselor and The lady that worked at the old kids room. I must say they took they time assisting. Keep up the good work guys

I'm appalled by the service here. The nurses blatantly ignore you and they're soo rude. They don't even deserve a single star.

As far as what Public institutions go Ballito clinic is as effective as they get. But some of the staff are extremely rude and they are hopelessly understaffed for the amount of people that they need to attend too daily.
