We order from them every week, and they get every order wrong, every time, without fail. What is the point of having a drive-through if you have to stop and check your order every time. You then have to park your car, take the order inside and show them that it is incorrect, every single time. To add to insult, the staff have long faces and bad attitudes when you explain that they've made a mistake. Isn't it strange that there is always an item or two missing from your order, and never visa versa. Try calling them and their is no answer, every time. The only consistency about KFC Ballito is that they are consistently poor.
