Absolutely terrible service.
Very little stock.
Trying to get a credit or replacment on a defective item is a nightmare. Will not entertain a replacment on a full steel hammer where it broke on the weld.
Waited here for over an hour.
In that time 3 cutomers walked out due to poor service
Managment will not eaven talk to you, you have todeal with counter sales only.
Insiting on sending it back to suppliers for an evaluation. ITS A R200 hammer.
I will never buy from this store again.

Was closed for so long for renovations and upgrades, when they opened again there was nothing great to see, no specials and definitely not worth spending money as items are still more pricey than other local retailers.

Has most of the hardware I require. Pricing is good but not on everything. Store is big and spacious to move around although the setup has changed a few times making it difficult to find stuff without asking for assistance.

What a shambles, ordered some ply cut to size. 10 days later, the order still not ready, no one can tell me when, no one phones back. When you phone to speak to someone, the phone is left on the counter and no one attempts to answer it. WHAT IS GOING ON THERE. Doing the order and the cutting sheet was easy, paying was easy enough, but now?

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Most of my requirements were available.
Prices are very reasonable, when compared to other similar stores.

The staff are always quick to help. We found the cordless drill at R400 less than Mica Balito, and with its own case. Way to go Build It!

Huge store, huge range of products except for a poor stock of key blanks to have keys cut. They did, however, direct me to a very good locksmith elsewhere.
