Great place to wind down. The dining was spectacular although some of the meal portions in the restaurants were smaller than I had expected. Great variety from the breakfast buffet. There are many pools to choose from and also access to the non swimming private beach. The rooms are spacious, neat and tidy, however, the location being in Durban, I saw one or two cockroaches in our room.

This is the most beautiful place I've visited this far and i had an amazing time. The first hotel iv visited that i felt at ease during check-in and check out. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Our shuttle driver was an old Indian man I didn't get his name but I'm extremely grateful for his services.Siyanda and Sfiso at 31° served us till we got wasted. The snack platter is a nice touch. All in all it's classy, it's luxury and value for every dime we spent and I'm definitely going to go visit again

Amazing place for an anniversary celebration. We received a complimentary upgrade to a lovely suite, with champagne and chocolates in the room and an amazing seaview. Excellent service all round and great facilities. Dinner and breakfast buffets were delicious. Really enjoyed our stay ????

Absolutely loved this resort. So peaceful and staff was very friendly and professional. Enjoyed the Indian food from ossa and their cocktails are to die for especially after after a long day. Can't wait to visit again. I would recommend it to anyone in need of a good rest. The ocean is just at ur door step and there are a lot of games for kids as well. And not to mention the spa????.

The hotel is simply phenomenal. It is the epitome of service and a splendid location with lots to offer. A trip down to 4 pools on the hotel resort. The beach is great to walk. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast is scrumptious and the staff are a delight.

Amazing resort with plenty of activities to choose from. You can fit a giant truck inside those rooms. Stunning ocean views and great service. It's great for a family excursion whether it's for a long weekend or an extended stay. Great to visit throughout the year. I found the staff to have an in depth knowledge of the area, was very helpful and willing too assist at times.

We were put in a room where the air conditioning did not work and we found rotten food in one of the microwaves in the bedrooms, when we were moved to a different unit, the grill in that unit did not work and we lost clothing items, bank card and ID card that we had forgotten in the previous unit when we moved, the manager basically told us he knows that our stuff wasn’t stolen, so I guess our things just vanished. We really did not enjoy our stay especially considering how pricey the place is.
