I was there just before load shedding. Hotel transitioned seamlessly to Generators. Lots of comfortable seating and multiple plug points to accommodate the very busy foyer.
Very efficient staff brought food and drinks orders very quietly.
A very pleasant experience.

Excellent serene getaway. Rooms are plush and hotel has great amenities. Buffet breakfast was a five star experience, so was the buffet dinner. So many delicious food options for vegetarian and meat eaters.

Beautiful hotel. Views are breathtaking. Secure and peaceful. Very comfortable beds.  The decor, cleanliness and general layout of the hotel is superb.  You would be hard pressed to find any better hotel in the surrounding areas.   Restaurant within the hotel (Fireroom) was good but extremely slow in service.

Special note of thanks to Muhammed the manager who dealt with a few issues prior to check in and who was extremely helpful.

Unforgettable experience overall.

Our experience can only be described as out of this world! The Fireroom was our destination and it was spectacular ???????? the food the vibe and the atmosphere blended together to create an explosion of energy. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone celebrating anything

It was mu first time there. The place is so beautiful elegent room. Staff members are so friendly and welcoming. Food is nice. It was a wow moment for me there. Thank you Capital Zimbali staff for your hospitality????

This past week I had the honour of indulging in delicious dishes prepared by Uwe Gote! Definitely some of the best food I have ever had the privilege of tasting! It was an experience that will remain with me for years to come. A world class chef in my book! 10/10 would recommend!

Our stay was one of a kind . Greeted on arrival and smooth sailing from there on , great service we didn’t even need to lift a finger . Exactly what you would expect from such a prestigious hotel . We weren’t the biggest fans of the fire house restaurant as we waited to long for the food but our second night we chose the zimbali beach club and we were extremely impressed
