I was admitted to Alberlito Hospital on 5th September 2022 for a minor operation. The hospital staff were excellent in every way. Polite, friendly and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alberlito. Congratulations and well done!

This was my very first hospital stay in the paediatric ward for my son, and my first experience was incredible.

From ER consult to the reception file opening and general communication and ofcoarse to the ward itself all Staff were amazing worked efficiently and were so amazing with my son and myself. I will certainly make it my priority to drive an hour and half just to see the staff I dealt with here in future

Very clean and cleaning staff are also great, food was homemade fresh, nurses are excellent at what they do, physio paeds and ENT, thank you all for making our stay feel almost at home.

Neat and very clean. Staff are very warm and receiving.
However, the Xray department has no ethics or empathy. They hounded my 75 year old dad for co payment whereas I requested a statement and informed them I was responsible. At admission I also signed responsibility for any outstanding payments. Payment was made immediately after a statement was received. Xray department will disappoint you

We’ve been in and out of peads for the past two months with my daughter’s chronic mastoiditis. This hospital is top-notch all round. We’ve experienced fantastic service. The nurses are so loving and have gone above and beyond, making sure that my daughter is well taken care of. Everyone is very friendly, including the catering and cleaning staff. And lastly, the doctors are truly heaven sent. Dr. Chaithram, an ENT here, did my daughter’s surgery and he is just phenomenal. We’ve also been seeing Dr. Pather and Dr. Chetty who are amazing pediatricians and really take the time to understand what your child is going through. I’ve never encountered such caring doctors. We moved here for better health care for our daughter and we certainly got it! I highly recommend Alberlito, and am so thankful to everyone here who has been part of my daughter’s journey to healing after struggling with her chronic ear issues and mastoiditis for over a year!

The nurses offered a bit better hospitality compared to the indifferent and inhumane treatment I recieved from some of the doctors. I can only hope, I didn't taste subtle segregation......

Not sure why some of these ratings are so low? I had an amazing experience in this hospital they took take of me in every aspect one would expect. Thank you Alberlito.

R 5604.90 for twenty minutes at Netcare Alberlito! On the 6th of May I emailed ronnel.naidoo@netcare asking the following: "Hi Ronnel, Please can you let me know what this account was for? And what the total outstanding amount is? Kind regards and thank you." So that I could settle the Alberlito account in full. The day after Devenhree replies on the 7th of May sending me an account of R 1871.60 and I ask for a discount which she then offered and I paid it. So the account is paid in full, as I asked in my email specifically what the outstanding amount is. So I assumed...
Now today 9 May I receive another account from Ronnel saying I still owe another R 2012.00 to the hospital for the Doctor. This after I asked for the full outstanding amount in my first email. Dear Netcare are there any other accounts or bills you want to add to my account whilst you are at it? Apparantly Yes! Lancet has just called saying I owe them R 1721.20. So 20 minutes at Alberlito costs you a total of R 5604.90!
So you are now billing me R 1871.60 plus R 2012.10 plus R 1721.20 for Lancet, which totals R 5604.90 for twenty minutes at Alberlito. I do not have a medical aid. And I will not pay nearly R 6000 for 20 minutes at Alberlito. I asked for the outstanding account, one got send and I paid it. I will not pay one more cent to you. I find it devious that you respond in this way after I asked for the full outstanding balance. If you don't have medical aid and would like to spend R 5604.90 for 20 minutes in a hospital, you know where to go.
