I have never learnt so much about my mind and body since I’ve started coming to the Zen centre. There is such a peaceful aura in class that you will not get anywhere else.
Noelle truly is an excellent, knowledgeable and patient teacher. She really cares and puts in effort into helping each and every one of her students, she teaches in such a way that motivates you to want to work harder, push further and get better. And the results are so rewarding.

I will recommend her over and over again.

An amazing Yoga teacher. Noelle has an incredible ability to connect with each of her students. Her presence in the room is inspiring, gentle and always humble. She has found a way to creep into many of our hearts. Well certainly mine. Would highly recommend her studio for anyone looking for a place to practice regardless of your level.

Inner peace is never far from Ballito yoga, the catalyst for the aforementioned is Noelle....humility,peace, form of grace surrounds her and her classes...namaste ????????

Great yoga studio with a charming teacher from Hong Kong. Love it!
