From the moment we parked our car to walking out with our purchase the staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and attentive. Don't bother going to competitors, you won't have the same experience! Well done to all staff at Hirsch Ballito.

Initially was very positive. I sent my washing machine in to replace the drum. I had to wait a bit but that was fine as they had to wait for the spare. They were quick to reply and always helpful. However when my machine came back it has a new problem that the spring and the shocks are apparently shot....

There is a problem with this as I spent just under R1200 with Hirschs to assess (the tech said it was the drum and shocks and spring fine but would be assessed again to make sure), ship and assess again before being told it is definitely the drum that needs to be replaced and nothing else was mentioned. This means that in the repair process Hirschs messed up the spring and shocks. They have also gone from being very quick to reply to completely non responsive.

For those of you who do not know a drum replacement costs a lot... like 4k+ a lot... on top of the ~R1200 already spent. I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this company. Aside from the new problem with my machine they fitted it back together with miss matched screws as they must have lost the originals and I found a screw in the pump. If I could rate a zero I would.

Also please note I am an out of warrenty paying customer, heavens only knows what kind of work they would do if it was in warrenty and you didn't need to pay.

I have just had such a delightful shopping experience at Hirsch Ballito. Nirupa Manor is a wonderful sales assistant u0026 the young girls at the reception desk are so polite u0026 happy u0026 helpful.
