My car went in for its first service. Dropped the car off at 07:00 and was contacted just after 10:00 to say service is complete and my car is ready for pick up. All round service at Ballito Volkswagen is the best from purchasing my car from them to the great after sale services. Well done Ballito Volkswagen!!!

My car had its first service on Saturday, I dropped off at 7:15. I was contacted when the service was done with an update and by 10:30 the car was ready for pick up. Great service from Fiaz at the branch. Thank you

The service adviser tried his best to keep me up to date however the car came in with an appointment to check/replace the breake pads which then where not in stock !!! so the car had to stay for three days at the dealer waiting for one of the most common wear parts - Break Pads ! Unacceptable.
*** Now as expected now follow up from the DP either ! ***

Let me take my 5 star because I only realize now that there's lot of issues with my vehicle that I just bought in December. Firstly the brakes are giving me problems,the wipers didn't work properly, there were no mats in the car,the light inside is coming off. I regret why did I buy this vehicle in Ballito.

I paid for wiper blades in 2021 along with my service. I still have not received the wiper blades after a year of waiting and being told that I will be informed once they have arrived! A year long wait for WIPER BLADES???
