My stay at Regal Inn was an average one. The service was good and I had no issues with the staff. The problem was that (I assume there was an event happening) the other quests continued to make noise into the early hours of the morning. Nothing was done about this at all. There was a water leak on the third floor just outside my room. One great positive; there is a generator at the hotel which is much needed in these dark times.

The linen was dirty with stains when I checked in , called the receptionist as it was late and told her, she saw the room, we moved to the second room which linen was dirty as well. Ended up settling for the 3rd room. So dinner time, I asked about dinner and they said they use MrD but my booking didn’t include dinner. Of which when I double checked my voucher from the agent , dinner was paid for. In the morning, I asked they pack me breakfast as I had to rush, the receptionist said she’ll notify them. When I got there no breakfast was prepared.
I had to wait , while driving on my way to the office something smelled rotten. Which was the sausage in my breakfast pack

Standard hotel room clean and comfortable but rooms are dark not enough light. Won't stay for breakfast next time.

Great place to stay when on a work trip. Crucial factor is that the Inn has a generator.

There was no water and light I. Most of the rooms, why they don't have generators, we were turned away from the reception aree with a very unprofessional handy man and receptionist. We were families who were in need for a place to sleep as Durban had floods. I felt so broken when an Indian family with kids turned away. THE KIDS were my worry. Atlist be friendly and sympathetic. Never used it for our family guests anymore.

Very tidy, no noise, all staff members are friendly. It's just a nice place

Good experience, however, they could improve. No lifts .. would prefer them considering that guests would have suitcases. Also a bar fridge in each room would be nice.
But overall, it was comfortable and pleasant. Great location and services
