Wasn't sure if I should go with 3 or 4 stars, went with 4 because the staff were so friendly. Prices are competitive in my opinion, service good. Not a 5 star spa but due to price and staff I have will definitely visit them again

We arrive at 1:50pm for our 2pm appointment To be told by the receptionist we are very early for our 2:30pm appointment. I told her nope, it's 2pm and she insists it's 2:30 until I show her the confirmation for 2pm. She then calls some1 to say they messed up the booking That person advises her to give us a free bottle wine to have while we wait till 2:30.

Birthday mood is already being ruined and mood is so important before going in for multiple treatments.

No problem. At 2:45pm after no news from anyone we decide to leave then as walking out she says, our room is ready. Pls come back.
Had it not been for the the good job the therapists did. Would have gave a 1.

Was it any other day but my wife birthday I would have no issue waiting but with so many plans for her special day this really set us back. Would not recommend anyone to book here for a special day.

Beautiful place with very friendly stuff. The manager is very sweet. My daughter also enjoyed her treatment. We will definitely come back next time we in Ballito. Amazing!

My wife and i had a wonderful "de-stressing" cession a few hours ago. Nosi and Khanyi did it so professional two hours flew by, for me like most men i am only getting used to spa treatments and put Zenju right up there with the best in JHB, the pricing was very reasonable the setting is stunning overlooking the ocean, so in al a 10/10 so enjoy your booking!

Would not recommend this day spa to anyone. It was not clean throughout, dirty dustbins, musty towels and just unclean. The chairs that we were seated in were very uncomfortable and then a couple was placed directly in front of us on the deck. We watched them having a couples massage right in front of us while 3 of us were having foot massages. So uncomfortable and unprofessional.

How disappointing. If I could give minus stars I would. Booking made and confirmed via email. On arrival the lady was having breakfast and nobody at reception. The lady did not want to help me. No booking was written in diary, her first booking was later and she had no interest in resolving my issue.
As a local I am shocked and saddened to see how our important tourism market will be affected by this attitude.

I had a wonderful experience Siyanda managed to squeeze me in last minute a little while ago I had a great time I was relaxed and comfortable I’d highly recommend Siyanda she’s a gem
