The guy who took my order was very friendly and efficient. The pizzas are very tasty and affordable!! I would definitely recommend Africaz!

The chicken was very dry, like it was reheated several times that the texture was plastic. Perhaps the chicken was old stock. Definitely won't be back.

So we ordered from Africaz Chatsworth Centre about a week ago. We ordered for delivery(
delivery costu003d+-R20)
Theres literally only 2 branches in durban that sells pizzas (chatsworth centre u0026 montclair)

We ordered there current special which is 2 large pizzas for R99. It comes in +-4 different flavors which caters for veg(cheese/magharita) and non veg.(chicken)

I tried just 1 of the chicken flavours(theres also a chicken curry flavour) which is the peri peri chicken which comes in mild,hot,extra hot. We took mild and hot.

So about the taste: the mild is really bland and almost tasteless.
The hot was a bit too hot/spicy at first which literally gave me heartburn and had to take gaviscon. But it was okay the next day.
It tastes like the Africaz chicken on pizza crust. The Africaz sauce is overpowering.
Theres mediocre amount of filling.
My favourite part of the pizza is the crust,its so crispy and thin yet filling

Overall it's a decent pizza for that price. Taste is mediocre. You might enjoy it if you enjoy the actual Africaz chicken taste in hot

Ordered the family meal through uber eats, unfortunately the coleslaw and 1.5ltr cool drink never arrived and uber delivery says the shop said that no cool drink is with this order, they took my money and never fixed the order.the stupid staff and owner says that apparently they do not know what the order consists of when doing a uber eats or any online order so they just send anything.what a useless dim-witted store and staff, don't even deserve 1 star

Waisted all our efforts here.
Ordered pizzas Online via Uber Eats
Order was supposed to be collected at 07h30pm
When we arrived at the store at 730pm, we were advised by the security that they store apparently closed at 06h00pm.
But staff was still arround u0026 kind to reopen the store and upon investigation advised us that our order was rejected (Not sure why).And apparently they dont make pizza's...They did offer to prepare something else.
Our original order clearly showed that our Pizzas was infact ordered frm that particular branch at Joyhurst Street.
