Super friendly staff ,this store is one of the best from the kara niccas franchise, my only takeaway is that the R10 chips isn't filled till the top like the one that's situated in town durban ,the sauce as well is lightly drizzled not enough for the portion served ,but other than that I'm never as happy as I am when I have a kara nichas sandwich

I am from the Eastern cape. Always look forward to popping in to sample Karanichas treats. Sadly the quality of the snacks and savouries have drastically deteriorated . Puri patha was dry and hard and the snacks were a bit stale. So very disappointing . ????

Sandwiches ordered today. The bread was stale not enough filling into the bread. Way too many onions in the bread. Feels like they just warmed it up and delivered. Very disappointed I don't often complain but this was not a good experience at all. Sorry to say but the quality of the sandwiches were on the low side.
